Larry is the founding member of Rothstein Law Group, PLC and has been a trial attorney for over 40 years.

Larry graduated from Wayne State University Law School. He has been admitted to practice law in all levels of the State and Federal Court Systems. In 1977, Larry was duly admitted and qualified to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is a sustaining member of the Michigan Association for Justice and a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the State of Bar of Michigan.

Despite his busy practice, Larry has always found time to give back to the community by doing pro bono or volunteer legal work. He has helped clients at various Legal Aid Programs, throughout his legal career.

Lawrence maintains an active personal injury litigation practice, representing Rothstein Law Group’s clients in both State and Federal Court.

Michael is a member of Rothstein Law Group, PLC and has been a trial attorney for over 15 years.

Michael is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Michigan and in Federal Court. Michael graduated with honors from Michigan State University in 2003, earning a collegiate degree in business pre-law. In 2006, Michael graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School. Michael has been the recipient of numerous honors recognizing his educational and professional excellence including the Order of the Coif and a Silver Key certificate. He also attended Wayne State University School of Business’ Graduate Program.

Michael is also a member of the American Bar Association and Michigan Association for Justice. He has several years of courtroom and litigation experience and focuses his practice on all aspects of no-fault auto accident law.

In 2014, Michael was recognized by his peers as a super lawyer – rising star in his profession. Michael prides himself in providing direct, personal attention to each and every one of his clients and striving to exceed expectations in achieving excellent results.

P. David Palmiere is a senior trial lawyer. He graduated with high honors from Ann Arbor High School, and went on to the University of Michigan Honors College, where he majored in both economics and philosophy, receiving his B.A. magna cum laude in economics. He then attended the University of Michigan Law School, graduating in 1975. While in college and law school, he also spent seven years as a professional chef, and three years as a private investigator.

He began his practice of law in 1976 doing commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense with a firm in Ann Arbor. Since that time, he has worked for several southeast Michigan law firms, primarily in the personal injury field, spending about equal portions of his career representing plaintiffs and defendants.

He has tried over 100 cases to final judgment as lead counsel, including a number of million-dollar cases on both sides of the courtroom. His clients have also asked him to try cases in other states, including Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New York, and Ohio. He has served as a guest lecturer in Tort Law at Wayne State University School of Law, and as a seminar speaker on “Pre-Suit Investigation Techniques”, and for the past 35 years, he has been an adjunct Professor of Law at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

He is the author of several published articles on litigation subjects, and is also a published poet. Mr. Palmiere lives in Bloomfield Hills with his beloved wife, Kathleen Meyer, who is also a Michigan lawyer.

Bill graduated from the University of Michigan in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 1986. Since then, he has litigated cases throughout the State of Michigan obtaining numerous multi-million dollar verdicts, settlements and judgments. His primary focus is in the area of personal injury litigation representing victims of negligence. He is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Michigan and in Federal Courts.

Benjamin graduated from Michigan State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Benjamin then earned his Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University Law School in 2003 with a certification in trial practice. He is licensed to practice throughout the State of Michigan and in Federal Court. Benjamin has over 15 years of litigation experience and focuses his practice on personal injury law.
